Bar. Solomon Olusegun Osuolale is a distinguished legal practitioner, philanthropist and humanitarian from Oke Ofa, Atipe, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. He was born on 25th July 1966 to the late Pastor Gabriel Osuolale and the late Victoria Osuolale.

He began his educational journey at IMG Primary School, Aperin, Ibadan, and later attended C&S Primary School, Oje Olokun. He proceeded to Christ Apostolic Grammar School, Aperin Oniyere (1983 set) before attending Teachers' Training College, Iyana Offa. He obtained a Bachelor's Degree (Honours) from the University of Ilorin and successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).

Bar. Osuolale began his professional career with the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), where he served diligently around the country's command formations, before voluntarily retiring in 2007 after rendering meritorious service to the nation. He thereafter relocated abroad to join his family and further his education.

While in Ireland, he attended Dublin Business School — affiliated to the University of Wales, UK — where he obtained an LL.B (Hons) in Irish Law. Upon returning to Nigeria, he attended the Nigerian Law School, Abuja, and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Today, he is the Principal Partner of Olusegun Osuolale & Associates, where he provides legal services with integrity, professionalism and excellence. He is happily married to Mrs Modupe Abidemi Osuolale, a registered Nurse in the United Kingdom and Co-Founder of the Initiative, and they are blessed with wonderful children.

Mrs Modupe Abidemi Osuolale is a highly dedicated and compassionate education and healthcare professional with a strong academic background and international qualifications. She began her educational journey at Reagan Memorial Baptist Primary & Secondary School, Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria, before attending Women Teacher Training College, Kabomo, Zaria, Nigeria. She further advanced her studies at the Federal College of Education, Katsina, Nigeria.

Driven by a passion for health and social care, she earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Hons) in Health and Social Care from the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom, and subsequently obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Hons) in Nursing from Middlesex University, United Kingdom.

With a blend of teaching, health, and nursing education, she is committed to promoting quality healthcare, supporting community wellbeing, and making a positive impact through professional excellence, compassion, and lifelong learning. As Vice Chairman of the Initiative, she stands alongside her husband as a steady source of compassion, helping to shape the welfare, health and educational programmes that touch widows, orphans and vulnerable children.
